With the ability to navigate technology like tablets and smartphones becoming critical, Alphapointe needed its network to support new applications and initiatives. Plus, as a 2014 merger doubled its size, Alphapointe needed connectivity for its eight locations in Arkansas, Nebraska and Missouri, and for the new enterprise, New York City Industries for the Blind.
