Matthew Foosaner is responsible for developing strategies and programs that increase the Time Warner Cable Business Class market presence and drive product innovation in key verticals such as Government, Education, Healthcare and Hospitality.
Matthew, an expert in emergency communications and communications continuity, has had articles published in 9-1-1 Magazine, American City and County Magazine, IAEM Bulletin and The Military Engineer.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Maryland, College Park, a master’s from Webster University, and graduate certificates from the University of Colorado and the National Defense University. He has a passion for facilitating the safe use of technology for children and serves on the Law Enforcement Committee and Development Committee at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
Matthew resides in northern Virginia with his wife and three children.
