In 2006, husband and wife team, Lori and Win Mitchell, purchased a piece of property in the seaside resort town of Boothbay, Maine. Natives of the area, their dream was to open a family-owned brewery and tavern. Much like a classic “public house”, they envisioned Boothbay Craft Brewery as a destination for sparking conversation and fostering their love of the community.
With a brewery, restaurant and cottages on the property, Lori and Win knew they were going to need to divide and conquer. Beer making was the obvious choice for Win, the restaurant was Lori’s strength and their son Cody took charge of social media and product design. With the rest of their extended family joining in to make the business a success, they asked Time Warner Cable Business Class to lend a hand.

Lori finds its multiple features crucial for managing reservations at the tavern and its dependability gives her confidence when processing credit cards on even the busiest of days. All while Business Class TV keeps folks entertained whether they’re catching a game, watching the news or just sharing a pint.

It’s no surprise that Lori and Win have built quite the following around their tavern and brewery. And as they’ve expanded their business, Time Warner Cable Business Class has been proud to be by their side every step of the way, providing the technology and support they need to keep their business growing.
It’s very much a family business. It’s an American dream that we’re living, and it’s a passion of ours to work with our family.
