Looking to share healthier snacks with the masses, Jean Tsai, a self-proclaimed junk food junkie, opened Pop Karma. With two locations in New York City, this gourmet shop is all about making popcorn from sustainable ingredients for snackers with discerning taste buds. Touting over 25 flavors, from classic cheddar to daring bacon apple bourbon, Jean ensures that there’s something for every palate.

True to its name, Pop Karma believes in sourcing organic ingredients, which makes the shop’s popcorn not only healthier for its customers, but also the environment. Unsurprisingly, guilt-free snacking attracts quite a strong following, so much so that Jean jumped on opening a second location.
