How do I sign up for recurring payments (Auto Pay)?


Spectrum Business Auto Pay is a convenient way to pay your bill every month. The service is available at no extra charge and helps make sure your bill is paid on time without the hassle of buying stamps or writing checks. Once you set up Auto Pay, your monthly statement balance will be paid through the method you select: checking/savings account or debit/credit card.

To sign up for Auto Pay:

  1. Sign in to My Account using your TWC ID.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. Under Payment Type, select Enable Auto Pay.
  4. Choose your preferred Method of Payment, then select Continue.
  5. Read Spectrum’s Terms and Conditions, then check the box next to “I Agree to the Terms and Conditions,” and select Continue.
  6. Enter your payment account information, then select Continue.

Note: Your new recurring payment will be drafted from your bank account, credit card or debit card on the payment due date. This change might not take effect until your next billing cycle.
