How do I view my billing history on the TWC Business App?


Click on the Billing icon on the TWC Business App Home screen. At the bottom of the Billing screen, click on Recent Activity. The Recent Activity screen will show any new charges to your account.

The Statement History and Payment History icons will appear at the bottom of the Recent Activity screen. Statement History will allow you to download previous statements in PDF format. Payment History will show previous payments made to your account.

Important Notice: Effective 12/13/2016, the TWC Business App will be discontinued. Starting now, you can login to My Account from ANY device to pay your bill, manage your account, equipment, appointments and much more.
