What is Three-Way Call Transfer?
Three-way call transfer (flash) allows you to transfer a call that has already been answered to another Spectrum Business Voice line.
To transfer a call:
- Press Flash or the Switch Hook. The first call will be automatically placed on hold and you will hear a dial tone.
- Enter the telephone number you wish to transfer the call to.
- When the called party answers, you can consult with them privately before transferring.
- To complete the transfer to the second call, hang up and the two callers will be connected.
